Tim Bright

Tim has over 20 years of experience in consulting, coaching and development. He works with individual leaders and their team to improve levels of performance and satisfaction.

Tim believes that by creating reflective time and space for clients he can support and challenge them as they design solutions to their most important business and personal challenges.

Tim has a strong business background and his experience as an executive search consultant has exposed him to a wide range of companies and business situations. Tim has had a multicultural career, living and working in six different countries and has delivered coaching and consulting assignments on the ground in 20 countries.

Tim is influenced by a wide range of coaching approaches, including the solutions focus and appreciative inquiry.  Rather than applying any one approach he aims to work in effective partnership with the client to help them best meet their aims at the time.

Tim often works with leaders preparing for or going through career transitions.
